Many people are proponents of plant based diet. Eating cruciferous vegetable do have some health benefits, increase your fiber intake and decrease risk of colon cancer. It may also help with digestion. But good health is also affected by other life choices as in no smoking, limiting alcoholic intake and trying to stay active.
