Varies: Patchy hair loss can be due to alopecia areta an autoimmune condition. There are other conditions including infections that can also cause hair loss. These are commonly treatable things and I would suggest seeing a dermatologist to purse further treatment such as steroids. Hope this helps!

Varies: This pain can be due to a wide variety of things. Heartburn can cause what appears to be chest pain. A condition called pericarditis can cause chest pain. At times it can be due to MSK reasons. Also cardiovascular disease can cause it. Due to the wide range it is a very difficult thing to answer and i would talk to your PCP to get more answers and narrow the reason down. Hope this helps.

Further details need: Is the white coating only present after coffee? Thrush can commonly recur if you have risk factors such as use of steroid inhaler for asthma. However there are other conditions requiring further evaluation that can commonly mimic thrush. I would see a physician to get a physician and evaluate in person. Hope this helps!
