How do kidney stones affect your kidneys?

There are a couple: Of ways. They can cause bleeding. Pain is the most common way. Infection is also a possibility. But the largest issue is that of obstruction. If the kidney becomes blocked, the consequences can be serious. Hopefully this is not an issue for you.
