Rozerem (ramelteon): This sleep medicine works when taken on empty stomach within half hour before bedtime. Once taken, lay down & do not engage in any physical activity. It is for some comparable to Ambien (zolpidem). Can cause drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, sometimes aches & chills.
