Diet and Exercise.: Recommend good diet and lifestyle changes. Exercise more. Reduce your calorie intake. Watch snacking and desserts. Avoid second helpings. Smaller size servings. Exercise always helps but doesn't burn off many pounds. Concentrate on cutting back calories and trying to eat healthy. Medications are really not effective and I don't recommend that. No easy solution. Discipline and commitment.
