Ear tubes: Were the tubes placed recently? What drops do you have? It's likely an infection from what you described and the proper medication needs to be prescribed. Call your pediatrician or you can have a live consult through healthtap to review what drops you have and make sure you start the correct treatment.

Hard to say: Drainage with foul smell would mean infection. The drops may help but when the drainage builds up quickly the drops may never get inside to work. You may need to go in and have the drainage suctioned out with the meds inserted directly through the tubes.A culture of the debris &/or oral meds may be needed to get this to clear.
