No: most likely not.the nodule is the result of acid reflux that will cause enough irritation to create nodule.you have to follow the treatment for reflux very well,because if you do not respond to medical treatment and diet,then you are a candidate for surgery.less than 5-10%of patient with reflux required surgery,most of them respond well to treatment.
