I assume you have: ruled out any medical condition that would cause excessive thirst (labs normal so no diabetes?). The drinks you described all have a stimulant effect, which probably accounts for the symptoms you report (anxiety, then tired, weak, bloated, etc.). Try drinking just plain, filtered water, exercising and eating well for a week. Better? Or, are you self-medicating for something else?
