Tiny muscle spasm?: One of the most common causes of vibration in the ear is spasm of one of the tiny muscles inside, the tensor tympani. It is like a twitch, like one of your eyelid muscles. The same sensation can result if the palatal muscle (top back of mouth) twiches: it transmits to your ear. Sometimes calcium and/or magnesium supplements help. Have your doctor examine just to make sure about the bug!

Get it Checked: We can not tell you if you have an insect in your ear.I will suggest you get it checked by your doctor or go to ER and have the docor look inside your ear and if there is an insect have it removed or whatever else they find to get it treated
