Probably: The lymph gland enlargement is probably from the URI. It may take 2- weeks for it to get back to it's normal size. Remember pushing on the node can make the "recovery" time longer. Mark your calendar for 3 weeks from now, leave the node alone, and in 3 weeks recheck it. If no getting smaller, then see your DR. It should be non palpable in 4 weeks, if not, then also make apt to be seen.
