I am on zeptol 200 thrice a day and i haven't had a focal seizure for a month.can i get back to swimming. at a times i feel sensations in head.no seiz?

Seizure precautions: should be discussed with your neurologist. I would not engage in "unsupervised" swimming or tub baths. The person who is supervising you should be capable and prepared (strong enough and an expert swimmer) to be able to safely extract you from the pool or tub should you have a breakthrough secondarily generalized seizure. Keep up the good work !
