Knuckle issues: You didn't mention any trauma associated with your symptoms. These symptoms just popped up out of the blue? Any personal or family history of rheumatoid arthritis or connective tissue disorders? Trust that your local medical provider laid eyes on your knuckle earlier today (with some blood work & x-ray) especially since the changes to your knuckle appears to be distinct change from your baseline.
