Yes.: "Antral" is referring to the specific part of the stomach. "Gastritis" means inflammation of the stomach. So you just have an irritated and inflamed stomach lining. It is completely curable, but can come back. First you have to identify the cause so you can prevent future occurrences. Gastritis can be caused by a bacteria called H pylori, or medications like aspirin or ibuprofen, or stress.
