Infectious?: Antral gastritis is caused by few major causes:
1- helicobacter pylori which is a kind of infection treated by antibiotics.
2- heavy alcohol drinking, treated by abstinence.
3- anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin.
4- stress induced in very sick patient in hospitalized, especially ICU patients.
5- zollinger alisson which is due to a tumor in pancreas.
6- other very rare causes. Then which one?
