Possibly: You will need a thorough examination by your physician as well as a testicular ultrasound. I suggest a urology consultation.

Here are some ...: The resultant effect of orchitis tends to diminish its size and soften its consistency. If instead it became bigger, it may represent the occurrence of hydrocele, which may be accurately defined by detailed Hx, proper palpation and transillumination (if light-colored skin), and scrotal ultrasound study.
