MRI: Headache and double vision can have many causes, and you should see a doctor to get evaluated. Your primary care doctor is a good place to start, or an eye doctor to evaluate the double vision. An MRI of the Brain with and without contrast would be a good test to consider! But brain tumors are not the only cause of headache or double vision!
