Hi, i had mri two weeks ago, it shows i have a biloculated cyst probably ovarian in origin, should i be concerned?

Depends: If simple cyst without evidence of solid tissue, a lot depends on size of cyst. Can be followed by ultrasound exams. Cysts larger than 5 cm. are usually removed by laparoscope to prevent twisting or torsion and loss of blood supply to ovary and subsequent death of ovary.
