Lymph node?: Could be related to an infection if it is a lymph node. Rarely, enlarged lymph nodes can be an early sign of cancer or immune disorder, but based on your age and apparent healthy history, you would be at lower risk. It is recommended that you discuss with a physician and have it examined (unless it disappears).
