Go see ur Family Doc: Not to be an alarmist, but painless lumps are worrisome. Best to go see your Family Doc for a complete evaluation. Is lump fixed in place? Matted down, so to speak? Or freely mobile? Any unexplained weight loss? Fevers, sweats & chills? Interesting (foreign) travel? Many different reasons for lump depending upon your answer. So best recommendation is still to see your Family Doc.
