A member asked:

If i have tremors,.is it possible i have parkinson's disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Prob not: The symptoms of Parkinsons are 1) resting tremor, a tremor at rest, normally on one side 2) slowness of movement 3) increased muscle tone 4) unexplained falling If you have all of these, there is a good chance of PD. Do you have any of these? Most people with a tremor have essential tremor. It is quite different. The tremor is on both sides and obvious when the hands are held up.
