Why do parkinson's patients have rapid respirations during tremors?

Need energy: I'm not convinced that all patients have rapid breathing during tremors. Depending on how bad the tremors are, there can be a lot of energy being expended, which then causes increased breathing to try to get more oxygen to the body.

Hi Doc, I'm currently experiencing shaking in the hands as if it were Parkinsons, bad body shakes and jerks and difficulty breathing when the body does that. Could it be stress? Anxiety or panic attacks?
