Lose muscle not fat: This is not a good idea at all. You will lose muscle before fat, and could end up very seriously ill and can cause permanent damage. There are many reasonable and simple ways to lose weight without hurting yourself. Count calories in what you do eat so you know what you are doing. Try Weight-watchers or Slim Fast (which is cheapest and easiest to do). Be smart, be safe, be healthy.
