I want a circ revision in a clinic with local. i don't want hosp. with general anesthesia. i can't find doc that uses clinic setting. any suggestion?

Surgically Center : surgical Center would be a perfect setting for cir revision. You can always discuss the choice of anesthesia with your anesthesiologist and your surgeon. No contra indication for local anesthesia in your case unless there are other issues such as unable to stay still on OR table, claustrophobia, panic disorder etc. You may need some IV sedation to relax in this environment.
