No need: this happens sometimes. Trying gently massaging the area and using a warm compress a few times a day for a day or so. It is most likely just a local reaction that is normal as the body is doing its job to make antibodies to the vaccine. A small amount of fluid collects in the muscle for a few days. It should go away soon.
