Seb. dermatitis: Seborrheic dermatitis is a form of eczema. The description is good for your rash being seborrheic dermatitis.

See a dermatologist: Begin with a precise diagnosis. Throw away the tea tree oil which is useless and a common sensitizer. You may need tacrolimus ointment .1%.
