My 4yr old daughter has a pigmentation under-eye that started small pink and is getting larger and whiter, elidel (pimecrolimus) iritated her skin.what could it be?

White pigment: Your child may have a fungus. Have her checked by a dermatologist.

Atopic : The skin is most likely inflamed and an anti inflammatory agent is being used. The medication is not likely to cause the irritation. Watch for redness,eyelid swelling and change in vision. Avoid harsh soap,fragrances and gently apply moisturizer without fragrance.
