I do light workouts. i swim weekly. don't drink milk and am a vegetation. eat my 5 a day of fruits and veg. but still cannot lose weight. any advice?

Use weights: Try using weights with your workouts. Gaining muscle mass with increase your metabolism and help you lose fat. If this is not helping then cut down on the more sugary fruits.
