Can u have vestibular neuritis & tinnitus? or tinnitus only happens in labyrinthitis? i was diagnosed by ent as vn but i have tinnitus, is it right?

May have tinnitus: Labyrinthitis is just a version of vestibular neuritis that also presents with unilateral hearing loss. In both conditions tinnitus may be present.
