I was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis by ent five months ago, i am recovering slowly, but recently my ears itch more than normal, should i worry?

Not a worry: The itching and vestibular neuritis are not likely connected. itching in and around the ears may be caused by dryness or over cleaning the ears with Q-tips. Use lotion on the outside of the ears if they are dry. Try not to put anything into the ear canals. The wax is protective and helps protect the ear canals.
