It is: difficult to figure out what the tech meant. There are a number of things that could be asymmetric(for example uterine position in the pelvis) but still be normal. The tech should probably not be offering up findings to the patient prior to physician review of the findings. Your best bet is to speak with your physician and/or see what is actually in the final ultrasound report.
