No: You will have some loose skin belly/arms or thighs. But I must say,very proud of your efforts. Be careful as you should not starve yourself or exercise excessively. Do all things in moderation. By the way,there are great ways to reduce the amount of flab such as weight lifting which also has cardiovascular advantages. The rest can be taken care of by the plastic surgeons. Keep up the good work
