Blood pressure rise& accelerated heart rate are normal during vigorous exercise and if these responses are far &above what you experience at rest, you'll feel pronounced head throbbing during &after exercise. Being out of shape your heart rate may take longer to reach baseline resting heart rate. We often see similar reactions during treadmill stress testing. Your going to gradually improve.
