Depends: This depends upon why you are having an MRI. How far along in the pregnancy are you? Perhaps I am a bit old fashion but prefer to wait until the twins are born for you to get gadolinium. Of course if there is a life threatening reason for the gadolinium that is something else. Unless your doctor insists, my personal preference is wait
