Help docs, is having an mri test done on my knee bad while i'm pregnant?

Necessary?: It can be safely done WITHOUT contrast after 1st trimester. But , it makes more sense to wait until after baby is born. Unless you need emergent surgery, there is no reason to get the test earlier. Having elective surgery while pregnant is far riskier than an MRI
