No: The sudden onset makes it more likely that you have a pressure build up in that ear, either from fluid or eustachian tube dysfunction, which can be caused by allergies or an infection. Ringing in one ear is not typical for high blood pressure, which would be a concern for your pregnancy. See an MD for an exam of your ears.
