It's manageable: Only the debris from the sores would carry any chance of passing the virus to others. It does not spread in your saliva or a cough as it might during chickenpox. In a group of kids, all of whom should have received 2 doses of the vaccine before school entry, I see no reason for you to stay away.If you can cover/control your sores, this is manageable as a teacher.
