No: Shingles are only contagious to someone who either has not been vaccinated, had the chickenpox or are immunosupressed (i.e. chemotherapy or HIV).

No: You can't catch shingles. If you never had chickenpox or the vaccine, contact with the ooze from shingles sores has virus that could give you chickenpox. It is not passed through the air like chickenpox so being around someone with shingles is not a significant risk & no risk at all to anyone immune to the disease.
