7th nerve: Bells Palsy is usually caused by a virus. Since you just had a craniotomy and your nerve was originally working most likely it is a temporary scenario caused by acute swelling surrounding the nerve.

Facial weakness : facial weakness after craniotomy is not uncommon. Trust your surgeon and follow your surgeon's postop instructions.
