Is there any mouth care for difficulty in mastication secondary to weakness of facial muscles of bells palsy?

Your masticating muscles do not get afflicted in Bell's palsy but would be best to chew on unafflicted side. Key item is to patch eye which does not close easily due to risk of corneal abrasion.
