My ent thinks i have chronic vestibular neuritis, but for over 7 days now i have had constant headache on top of head and very lightheaded? concerned?

Could be right: Your ENT may be right. It is not those symptoms that would make that diagnosis though, it would be loss of balance, sense of movement, or difficulty with your hearing. Sometimes a headache or a feeling of lightheadedness can be associated.
