? key missing word: I am presuming that the missing word after "only when I'm on my ........" is period! Very unusual, though to describe menstrual related pain as excruciating resulting in inability to eat or work. Simple cramps aren't this severe; perhaps it is endometriosis, or uterine tissue outside the uterine cavity. This needs careful evaluation and you should see your doctor RIGHT AWAY! Good wishes:)

Don't sit on: Severe pain. That's your body's way to telling you that someone is really wrong. Make sure you are seen by a doc and soon. Your health is so important.
