Ventral hernia: `is a possible diagnosis! This is a hernia in the MIDLINE of your abdomen where the muscles ("ABS") meet ....this is similar to UMBILICAL hernias.... Just a thought...mention it to your Primary Care Provider! Hope this helps! DR Z
