My right ear feels partially clogged for 4 weeks. sometimes feels less clogged when i drink, eat and lie face up but more clogged before bed. also have post nasal drip for more than 4 weeks causing sore throat twice (no sneezing or nasal congestion?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Four weeks is a long time to leave it unattended. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Clogged ear could be from water in ear, a large amount of wax and less pressure when you eat or drink since you are moving your jaw. Post nasal drip from sinus possible infection. All symptoms need immediate exam from an ENT specialist since it has been a month.
