Persistent symptoms that don't self resolve mean that you should be seeing a doctor for diagnosis and appropriate treatment. This is an educational site. while telemedicine on paid sites is available, better to see a GP or ENT for appropriate physical exam.

Clogged ear could be from water in ear, a large amount of wax and less pressure when you eat or drink since you are moving your jaw. Post nasal drip from sinus possible infection. All symptoms need immediate exam from an ENT specialist since it has been a month.
