Yes,: i recommend a podiatrist as I am one, but an Orthopedist is just as equipped. You need to know if you have a fracture, also if the nail is ripped and bleeding you need to make sure you don't have an open fracture as this would require making sure your tetanus prophylaxis is updated and antibiotics...
