Decay: for current decay, see the dentist , as previously reported. For future decay, or lack of future decay, listen to your dentist/hygienists recommendations to prevent it, its a lot easier , comfortable, less painful , less expensive to prevent it than treat it

Removal: The best (and really only) cure for decay is removal and restoration. Only cavities that have scratched the surface can be reversed with specialized medicaments and pastes.

See a dentist: If not treated, tooth decay can cause pain, infection, and tooth loss and other health complications. See a dentist.

Only one cure: Remove the decay (infection damaged tooth material). There's no pill, poultice, ointment, homeopathic, oil (including snake oil), diet, supplement, or prayer that will cure the infection. A Dentist has to remove the damaged part of the tooth and place a restoration. The longer you wait, the more damaged the tooth becomes, the more difficult the restoration, the more costly the procedure.
