29/f. out of no where i have a thick wad on the top of my foot. it is from the inside. and a little red. cancer? what cancers spread to foot?

Most likely not a: cancerous tissue. Might be a ganglionic cyst. If really concern see a podiatrist for excision and biopsy of the lesion. MRI really does not differentiate between cancerous or benign.
