I was diagnosed with scoliosis and work heaving lifting job, anything to do wit it ?

Common diagnosis: Scoliosis to a mild degree is relatively common and generally develops during the period of rapid growth in puberty. You do not list your age, but I assume you are an adult (site rules). Unless there is some form of odd bone defect, scoliosis does not progress in adulthood, so I would not look to your job as a factor.
