My palms hurt when i want to open something and also if i squeeze them.and my feet hurts sometimes while walking. what could it be?

Multiple possibility: Trigger finger can causes this symptom in hands if a finger gets stuck when you try to open it. Also something call Depuytrens contracture can cause this as well if you have tough firm cords or nodules in your hand. Another possibility is simply arthritis. Regarding foot , if no swelling or injury, think about plantar fasciitis. This is probably the most common foot ailment.
