What is the reason for foot pain when i stand after waking up or sitting for a long time then standing or when i walk for a long time. sometimes the pain is to my knee if its cold around. could it be related to my hand/arm nerve pain?

You need to be seen and evaluated. The information provided would allow a guess at best what is happening. My guess is plantar fasciitis. The involvement of the knee and other structures could be secondary. Or from favoring your foot pain. See your podiatrist or family doctor
