Since yesterday my 14 y /o daughter is running a fever, yesterday i just gave advil and the fever went away until the next dose, i gave her this morning the same but this time the fever won't go away, it's 38.4, what should i do?

Low grade fever like this is not risky by itself and can be ignored. It often represents self healing viruses. Good hydration, rest and nutrition are the mainstay of support during illness. If she otherwise spooks you have her seen.
